you need to be a hardworking person enough for you to get the results you want. Which are obviously good results because if you do not put in the effort then you wont have any good results. i know this is really true because i went through this during my high school years. in the begging i really slacked off and had the mindset that i was able to recover the point sooner or later. But it turns out it gets really hard over time and you have to do way more work than when you had to do when you had the actual class in high school. This could help me in the future by doing 100% in my future job and making sure i get everything done.
Block 2: Enthusiasm
Your success begins when you put on your full effort and make sure everything you do its at its finest. Enthusiasm is a very important thing to have when your working or even at school, anywhere in general. people will see how good you do and the type of attitude that you have because if not then how are you supposed to do anything good without a good mindset and a positive attitude. People really do notice it when you try putting effort and they can see when you have such a positive mind set. This can help me in the future because if i get a job and am really positive about it then i will eventually end up liking it and maybe getting better and whatever my task is.
Respect and devotion really does show someone that you have such a good mindset and such an positive attitude and your willing to work with anyone because you are not picky with the people you work with. In my high school that would be called a willing collaborator and effective communicator because that means you can get along with anyone and communicate effectively when you have a question or a thought on something. It is also very important to be those things when you have a job because you will have to deal with people you may not enjoy working with but you need to get it together and deal with it because it is job not a playground. you must be professional. it can help me in the future like i mentioned previously in a job because i can be working with someone i do not like but since its a job i have to deal with it and get my work done.
you need to have self respect not only for you but for others. treat others how you want people to treat you. Some people say that karma just effects you on the long run but that is just a myth. Not everyone believes in karma, but even if you do not just try to be the nicest most genuine person you van be to others and maybe you'll see some good outcomes. And those outcomes can help you on many things.
You need to have ambition so people can tale you professionally serious. Ambition is a strong desire to do or to achieve something, typically requiring determination and hard work. So with that definition you can tell why people would take you more serious with jobs. Finding a job in today's society is not always easy due to the competition and people who are willing to do whatever to get a spot in the big companies, which i do not blame them. Most people are just trying to find a job so they have enough money to support their family.
Block 7: Self-Control
Practicing self discipline is a handy thing to do because if not how are you going to know if your doing something wrong or good. if you do something that many people do not like you obviously are not doing something beneficial so mind as well learn how to do it in a different way that wont get other people upset. Keeping your emotions under control is also very important because you cant always be going off on someone because your having a bad day. Learn how to control you temper and cop with it.
Block 8: Alertness
being open minded is very much important because some people are not very open minded yet they want people to be considerate with them. That is not fair, you need to treat others on how you want to be treated and the way too go is by being nice and caring about others so they can be the same towards you. Research shows that if you actually are very genuinely nice and caring towards someone, even if you do not believe in good karma it will happen. so it is very important for you to be nice caring and open minded about many things.
Block 9: Initiative
"Cultivate the ability to make decisions and think alone. Do not be afraid of failure, but learn from it."
the ability to think alone and make your own decisions have a huge impact on the things you will receive in the future. Up to thinking about what job we want to get or what area we want to live in when your purchasing a brand new home. decision making can be difficult at times but you need to think things thoroughly because obviously if you choose to do something big and something dramatic t will affect you. It could either make you or brake you. Gaining credit by buying different things is also a huge decision you need to make because sometimes you may have problems paying the bills and the credit you receive can affect you on owning a home or buying your first car. Making decisions can be easy at times too from what do you want to wear for the day or of what color of shoes you want to put on. Although, they may all be somewhat alike, easy or hard, they all are what make you as a person when doing hard thinking on what you can do for the future and for yourself.
setting realistic goals for yourself is very important because if not then your expectations will be to high and if they do not become true then your self esteem wold diminish. yes, you should always try to stay positive about the road your taking to successes but also you cant add more into it than what your getting. Be opened minded and think positive about the future but not to the point were you go over board, because then they might not come true and you will be very sad.
Adaptability is a habit you need to learn. It can be bad but also good at the same time because what if you get too attached to something you are not supposed to. But then again its good, for example, if you get a job you should get attached to it. it can be healthy and very unhealthy to feel adaptability because if you get attached of adapt to a certain environment or a certain person and if you were to leave them one day then you can get sick emotionally.

Team spirit is very important to people in sports or even in certain school clubs, because if you don't have team spirit usually when you work in groups its mandatory for you to have team spirit because if not what if you don't like anyone in the team and you don't perform as well as you would with friends in your team. its even important to have team spirit in your future job because when you first get a job usually the manager will tell your co workers to help you around so you can get the hang of it. Now imagine, if you don't have team spirit at all then you just wont work very comfortably which isn't the correct way to work.
Being honest is so important because you don't want someone to have the impression that you're a lair and can never be trusted. You want someone to think that your smart and honest. maybe even like that you can get some type of raise and be ahead of the game and be able to have way much more privileges and different gadgets to your own job. getting a raise is very beneficial for you and your if you so have a family. Due to you being able to get way more things and maybe even start your own company, then like that you'll be known as a very serious business person. I know i would love to start my own businessmen maybe a clothing business and be able to do what i enjoy and get my income off of that.maybe doing different corporations and being able to work with many different companies would be such a great job.

to make proper judgement is very important because it shows initiative. like the quote says if you have a dream then you should show passion for it. such as even a hobby is something you should always look forward too, and never be embarrassed to show that whatever it is you want to do you should always put 100% to it and have full commitment. For example if you're trying to open up a business then you should really put initiative into it and make it happen. to make poor judgement of yourself isn't such a healthy way to think because then whatever it is you want to do probably wont come out ass good as it would if you put the full thought and effort into your project.
Block 18: Poise
you need to be competitive in order to get things done, you cant always be competitive for everything like with small things it is not necessary because its something small that everyone can probably do. But such as a job or something maybe its mandatory for you to be competitive to get a raise or such forth. sometimes its an advantage for a personal example in my high school we as seniors work on something called the senior defense which is basically recaps and artifacts the we worked on for all the previous years at HPIAM. This is a good school but i do think we have a lot of projects even as freshman all the way to senor year. I guess it will be beneficial in college to work on presentations and so on. When working on these artifacts to my senior defense i realized we had to be a bit competitive because we want ours to be the best out of everyone because if not then you'll have to redo it and it will be so stressful and i honestly just want to get it over with.

you need to have self respect not only for you but for others. treat others how you want people to treat you. Some people say that karma just effects you on the long run but that is just a myth. In my opinion it is healthy for you to forgive yourself because if you do not who will?. the definition to sincerity is the quality of being free from pretense, deceit, or hypocrisy. which in my own words is being positive within yourself and forgiving anyone who hurt you and forgiving yourself because of all the thing you have done. Nobody in this world is perfect so why does one judge o someones behavior even tho we act differently from everyone else.

Condition yourself and past your self on certain assignments so you wont feel overwhelmed on work or on school project your supposed to feel relax on any of the assignments you are given to do and do not overthink on it. You must practice your work if its actual work, a sport or even a hobby you must practice to get better at whatever it is you are doing. just so you can help yourself improve on the task and on your mind.

You need to be very careful when looking at details, because details can be very little but can effect you in a huge way. So it can impact you, believe it or not many people have gotten into big trouble not looking at details carefully. You need to be prepared to find every single little detail once you get a job because managers pay attention on how well you do when looking for details and maybe you can even get a raise. and obviously with a raise you can get into a promotion at your local job and then you'll be getting paid way more. Which benefits you in many ways.

Having confidence is important because people need to know what type of person you are. i mentioned in my last paragraph about having a high self esteem. Showing that your self esteem is high makes other people really want to talk to you because it makes you look way more positive and out going. Although some people may see it as cocky, you should always ignore those people. those people are the ones who are going to try to bring you down in life. Make sure those type of people dont get to you because then your high self esteem might actually be affected. You having a high self esteem may be an inspiration to someone else which can help them in many ways, and maybe make them have a more positive attitude or self esteem.
Block 20: Reliability (creates respect)
Having respect is super important to have an aspect in life, it helps you in many ways such as getting a job, making new friends etc. But overall, it is important for you to be respectful and kind to others because karma would be good to you and many people would be respectful towards you when you need help or something in particular. Other people will find you respectful if you help them out on something or give them a nice comment. Maybe like that it will help you gain new friends and be more involved in stuff. Now being disrespectful is not the right thing to do. It is choosing the wrong, bad karma is possible if you're always disrespectful and rude to others.
Block 21: Fight (determined effort)
You need to fight for what you think is right. if you don't like something about your job then try to make a change. One of my favorite celebrities once said if you don't like something then try to change it or fix it, don't complain about it all year round. and that is super true because i personally know some people who have suffered at their job just because they had to do something they didn't like without speaking up on it. Jobs come and go, and i know when i get a job and they make me do something i don't like or appreciate then i'm going to speak up on it i don't care if they see me as rude or childish i believe everyone should enjoy their job and what they do. Other than suffering and dealing with whatever it is they're doing.

Not financially wise but thoughtful wise. Lots of people actually like the help someone else gives them, some may even find it a gift from god because you're helping someone out out of your kindness and not being pressured to do it with shows you have good intentions.

Having faith is such an important part of life. If you don't have faith then you probably wont get anywhere in life. Sometimes having faith makes you do way more in life other than just not believing in yourself on the daily. I once seen a movie about a girl who thought she was never going to go anywhere in life nor find love but she had so much faith and hope that she actually ended getting way more than that. She got so much more because she had faith so she got love, attention, a good job, and she even purchased her own home. When she did she knew it was all because she had faith and hope having hose characteristics it really did help her and she ended up being really happy.
Block 25: Patience (good things take time)
Patience is super important when it comes to anything actually, having a job or doing classes in school. Its all up to you when it comes to having patience because if you don't it could really affects your work habits. Its also a good habit to have when your doing a research paper at school or at college because some students get very frustrated and end up giving up on their assignment. Which is not a good sign of commitment nor patience. Then maybe like that you'll finish assignments on time.
